MEET YOUR STOKE GUIDE

ORIGIN STORY

In the Summer of 2022, I made the difficult decision to step away from the organization that I had worked for and played a key role in growing for my entire working career (16 years).

During a time of intentional rest to discern, “what’s next?”
I shared with a friend my motivation for my next endeavor. I was saying, “I want to stoke the fire of what’s already stirring in people’s hearts. I want to see them ‘lit up’ and I want to lend them courage to pursue what’s next.”

My friend responded simply, “what if you just call it that?”

I said, “call it what?”

Stoke.”

The word “Stoke” had immediate appeal.

As I began to research the definition, I found it was a perfect word, carrying both a literal and slang definition, as well as serving as a metaphor for how one could approach life.

Literal = To feed, stir, and tend (to tend the furnace of; to act as a stoker for)

To increase the activity, intensity, or amount of.

Slang = Pure Excitement, Exclamation of Zeal, Feeling “Fired up” to do something.

I’ll list my proven experience and trackrecord below in my bio, but I think what’s most important is who I am, as well as who you are.

Consider me your Captain Stoker: the igniter and encourager of your inner fire. I love nothing more than seeing people lit up, living fully, pursuing that next project or vision with passion, embodying their purpose, and serving others in a way that only they can offer to the world. This is a journey of unlocking and discovering ESSENCE and reconnecting people with the gift of who they are. This is about pursuing and living in the flow of your unique stoke 🤘
